Sanford Police Log

SANFORD — The following people were arrested or charged with a crime April 3 to April 8. If there is no listing for a specific date, it means no one was arrested or charged on that day, according to police logs provided by the agency:

• Jeremy J. Teague, 40, Sanford, was arrested and charged with gross sexual assault at 4:34 a.m. Tuesday on Rilder Street.

• A 14-year-old was issued a summons charging illegal possession of liquor by a minor at 8:53 a.m. on Main Street April 4. As well, a 13-year-old was issued a summons charging illegal consumption of liquor by a minor during the same incident.

• Nathan Poto, 18, of Springvale, was issued a summons at 10:15 a.m. April 4 charging possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia on Sanford High School Boulevard.

• Rachel E. Spanos, 38, Newfield, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence, attaching false plates and endangering the welfare of a child  at 10:56 a.m. April 4 on Main Street.

• Ryan Peter O’Shea, 35, Springvale, was arrested and charged with violating conditions of release on Main Street  at 4:37 p.m. April 4.

• Janel Lyle, 35, Saco, was issued summonses charging assault and violating conditions of release at 4:52 pm. April 4 on June Street.

• Chace Robert Bellefontaine, 32, Sanford, was arrested and charged with aggravated assault  at 8:06 a.m. April 5 on Lebanon Street.

 • Austin Jacob Linteau, 22, of Shapleigh, and Tammy J. Stanley, 36, of Sanford, were issued summons charging shoplifting theft following a complaint at 3:32 p.m. April 6 on Main Street.

• Daniel J. Aceto, 26, Gorham, was issued a summons charging assault at 6:08 p.m. April 6 on Main Street.

• Keith R. Brownell, 55, Sanford, was arrested and charged with operating after suspension and attaching false plates on Sunny Lane April 6 at 6:11 p.m.

• Theresa J. Morse, 45, Winchester, N.H., was charged with shoplifting theft and possession of drug paraphernalia at 7:15  p.m. April 6 on Main Street.

• Evan T Michaud, 35, Sanford, was arrested and charged with operating after suspension, operating beyond conditions, possession of a suspended or fictitious license and six counts of violating conditions of release at 1:28 p.m. April 8 at the intersection of Davis Avenue and Cottage Street.

• Victoria Karen  L. Tranchemontagne, 24, Acton, was arrested and charged with driving after suspension, violating conditions of release, failing to stop for an officer, operating under the influence and speeding 30 m.p.h. over the limit  and driving to endanger April 7 at 6:53 p.m. at the intersection of Main Street and Deering Neighborhood Road.
